I have to admit I hit a low point today and as tempting as it was I didn't have a wee cry but put on a brave face, squared my shoulders and adopted a positive, let's get this fixed attitude. I realise this sounds a tad dramatic when what actually happened was I got a flat tire...on this morning's school run....in the pouring rain...while running late...and all clogged up with a head cold. It was a fine line between tears and action, but I went with the later and it all turned out in the end. Hopefully your Friday was way better and you have something fun lined up for the weekend. The boys and I will be laying low and keeping cosy. Right-o time for this week's what:nots - enjoy!
Lovely photo from Martin Lidell. Great top too!
The perfect vintage pitcher from Brook Farm General Store.
I love how Daniel Tammant visualises numbers as pictures, and I love even more how brilliant people like Daniel are helping raise the profile of and normalise the incredible wonders that is aspergers. His book Born on a Blue Day is a fascinating read.
Mae the Yellow Vintage Chenille Scotty Dog from Vintage Chenille.
And to end with the absolutely elegant Canadian ice skating duo Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir. Tessa's dresses are so delicate and beautiful. Have a great weekend!
