The happy planet index...
Here's an interesting idea - measuring a country's success not by its productivity levels, but by the happiness and well-being of it's people. It reminds me of the Robert Kennedy speech where he noted how GNP measures everything "except that which makes life worthwhile".

ReplyDeleteThat was just great and so inspiring. I will put it on my blog too if you dont mind....So true...we all now happiness is not money or things but still we are stuck in that way of thinking. Consume to be happy! Oh so wrong it is.
