Happy Monday - I hope you had a splendid weekend. Portland is awash in hot, sunshiny weather - pure bliss. We spent the long weekend berry picking, swimming, picnicking, and eating way too much ice cream! If you thought Portland had enough hand-made ice cream shops - there's a new one : What's the Scoop?
