What:nots...

Can you believe that June is just around the corner? I swear it feels like it is still February.
I hope you've been having a thoroughly pleasant weekend, and that is well in your neck of the woods. Here's a few things that have caught my eye recently ...

...breathtaking images of the statues in the Piazza della Signoria in Florence
...The once and Future World, found via Kate, which I've added to my reading pile
...The Great Gatsby - it was much better than I expected, and ...

A quite moment found here.

Erica Tanov's rather fetching wallet.

Grand IV by Landon Metz (found via Odessa May).

Fab yoga gear from Lucas Hugh.

The perfect summer sandal.

And I've had this on repeat a bit of late - perfect for rainswept dreary days.

Weekly what:nots...

Did you happen to see Thursday pass by? One minute it was there, and then it was gone... Anyhoo how was your week? Ours was nicely busy, and definitely a huge improvement on last week. But our super exciting news is (drum roll) we are off to New York for four or so days at the end of the month! I am seriously beyond excited! I've not been for about 10 years - yikes. So I am calling on you all for recommendations of what to do, where to go, and so on - and if anyone has where to stay suggestions I'd love to hear them! Yippeee. Right time to settle into this week's what:nots...

Lovely photography by Deborah Jaffe.
A perfect 'Paris' shopper from Article 22 (via Lonny).

Pretty peonies captured by the incredibly talented Kari Herer. You can purchase Kari's prints here.

Michael Aiello's bird mono prints are created with his fingers, hands and finger nails. If you're in Portland hop on over to Artemesia and view them in real life - they are lovely. I must warn you though, Artemesia is a treasure trove of plants, terrariums, tiny seahorses, and all kinds of wonderful things - you won't leave empty handed!
The nifty-est invention since...well the paper clip. The paper paper clip, made from sustainable wood pulp, 100% biodegradable, and very sturdy, these little fellows can hold up to 20 sheets of paper.

And to end with a rather pretty 'flutter sleeve dress' by the gorgeous Erica Tanov. Not to mention the model's cute hair cut!

Have a lovely weekend!
