Look at these! I'm constantly in awe of the beautiful things people make with ceramics. These are by Artmind (aka Mitsy) who is based in Belgium. Lovely.We've spirited ourselves away to Waimarama Beach for a quiet weekend. A kind of a calm before the storm of R being away and the mad pre-leaving NZ chaos. We are staying in the most fab house right on the beach and to be honest I could live here permanently, forever. It's pretty much perfect. Here's the view from our 'home for the weekend' - sublime.
One of my favs of the Bay is Pipi's Cafe in Havelock North. They also make the superbly yummy Poesy range of foods, which include sweet touches like little poetry cards in the packages.
