What:nots...

Shucks...Monday already?! How was the past week for you? Mine was a little dire, and somewhat topsy-turvy, but here we are - a new week, and a new start. The highlight was having a good four inches chopped off my hair - very liberating! I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Thanks ever so much for stopping by - have a wonderful, wonderful week.
So much about this image to like.

A rather attractive Linen Flower Knob.

Rita Lowell Smith's Arbutus Berries 1936.

John Donne, The Penguin Poets 1972.

A collection of images from Wild Goose Chase. Plus there is much to love on her Flickr.

With stationery like this there's no excuse not to to put pen to paper.

This seriously good salt is hand harvested from the Oregon coast.

Falconwright's clutches and purses.

And a rather charming song from Blossom Dearie.

Clip from You Tube.

  1. May the direness retreat rapidly. The flower knob is the perfect balance of simple and pretty.

  2. Wishing you the feeling in this first photograph, Annie. Thanks for the cookbook recommendation. Looks great. I'm requesting it from my library.

  3. Do you ever get the desire to just cut off all your hair? And it just needs to happen like RIGHT now? That's totally me. I'm sure it's a very freeing feeling!
