Dan Barber's TED talk...

A humorous and well researched TED talk from Dan Barber on how to "keep fish on the menu".

  1. Interesting. I couldn't believe someone was feeding fish bits of chicken. It makes me think about feeling comforted by a few words without knowing the entire story. It seems "sustainable", "organic" or "pasture raised" isn't really enough. What else is happening at the farm? Frankly, it makes me think of moving far from everything but nature and living in a small Denise-built cottage and only eating my own home-grown vegetables. Oh, but I do like going out for a nice cappuccino in the morning. It's always a compromise, I guess...
